I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the shops and the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, especially the gentleman with the beard who made my birthday extra special with a bottle of bubbly and a plate of delicious fruit waiting in my room. The bar at this venue was exceptional, with an impressive choice of wine, including a fantastic Australian shiraz-cabernet sauvignon. The prices were also surprisingly reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be returning to this hotel for another enjoyable sojourn.

It was super good, attentive staff especially the waiter Huchy of the best there, has a joy in the body that makes the stay super good and very comfortable, you can tell he likes his job. location was good, theme of parking is bad but has a good parking in front of the hotel at a good price if you take bonus. food is very varied and good, hotel very clean and super good room, every night there were performances of entertainment, singers, flamenco etc... We took all included and truth is that you give enough use as during the day you have to take the drinks that come, snacks, breakfast "special" if you do not want to get up early and to be all included was quite well priced.

The truth is that there are few words to say something bad, I know I said that the staff is pretty good but at night during dinner they can be a little more attentive to collect the dishes that already accumulate on the table. Just that everything else is perfect.

The cheapest room is comfortable and has a terrace, and it has enough plugs in case we want to charge the mobile, the tablet, etc. The menu is not very extensive, but it has a lot of variety and most of the dishes are changed every day. In addition, the quality of the food is very high. Besides, the staff is very friendly and attentive to everything. We especially want to thank the waiter Antonio for his friendliness. At 50 meters you have the beach and a pedestrian walkway that runs along the coast of Puerto de la Cruz.

swimming pool is small and number of hammocks is scarce, snack bar is also small and has a rather reduced schedule (only 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon), for those who want entertainment, although the hotel has activities, they are not so abundant or varied. It is a hotel more suitable for those who want to sleep and rest comfortably with a view to discovering the city and island.

my recent stay in puerto de la cruz was amazing, but what made it even better was the night activities at this hotel. the entertainment was top-notch, and it really exceeded my expectations. be live definitely knows how to keep their guests entertained.

This place has a great location near Lake Martianez Leisure Park, modern rooms, and a heated pool, with cozy drinks available at the main bar.

Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Plaza Charco. Brand-new rooms, fairly clean bathrooms, comfy beds. Excellent service overall and parking under the hotel.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with a charming and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well maintained and always clean, creating a pleasant ambiance throughout the hotel. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with convenient elevators and wide corridors that made getting around a breeze.

I would have appreciated more activities and amenities tailored specifically for senior guests. While the staff were friendly and helpful, it would have been nice to see more attention given to the needs and preferences of older individuals, such as organized social events or dedicated spaces for relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to the local countryside and shopping area for groceries. It's also conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions on foot. The staff provided excellent service, from the helpful reception team to the friendly breakfast staff. We felt well taken care of during our entire stay.

I had a great value for my money at Be Live Experience Orotava. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff, especially Marcos at the reception, provided excellent service and were very friendly.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety and better quality options.
